The APPRENTICESHIP

This is a twelve-month commitment reserved for two coaches per year who are fully committed to the work, their craft, and their practice.

Coaching is an apprenticeship profession. The best coaches in the game have coaches. They choose to be coached. They are committed to refinement and learning. The best coaches participate fully in their profession as both coach and client.

My own apprenticeship with my coach, Devon Bandison, is a non-negotiable in my life. It continues to shape how I think, how I lead, how I coach, and how I serve.

Our Agreement

• Twelve Months — Three 90-minute private coaching sessions per month
